Justin Strickland
Managing Partner
Co-founder Justin Strickland began his career as a minimum wage hood technician, and since has established himself as a dynamic entrepreneur, a proven growth leader, and a brand-builder. Justin founded Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in 2016, which has since evolved into Accelerated Brands, an enterprise for which he still serves as President and CEO. In addition to Accelerated Brands, he has successfully founded, built, and exited multiple concepts in the retail and real estate sectors. Justin was recently named the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2022 Southeast Award Winner.
Personal
Justin splits time between Rural Hall, NC and Sevierville, TN with his wife Jess and three children Tate, Beckett, and Anna. When he’s not impacting brands, Justin enjoys bike riding, playing sports, traveling, and fishing.
Community
Justin is the founder of the Strickland Brothers Foundation Fund and the Strickland Family Foundation. Justin is also actively engaged in economic development efforts and advocacy in Winston Salem, NC, a community he is passionate about.
Education
Justin attended Guilford College and Davidson-Davie Community College, lettering as a key contributor in varsity basketball for both schools.
